No parking after 7pm. TV did not work and does not hookup to a smart device. Requested a new remote or someone to come and fix the TV several times but no one came. Maybe time to upgarde the TV's especially for familys that are wanting a quiet night in. Requested 1 cleaning in 4 nights and all they did was fold the towels. Would not recommend this hotel or ever stay again.
Mid renovations, garbage material scattered around the parking area. Homeless people’s garbage as you enter the lobby. Room was not the room we booked after clarifying it was pet friendly. Parking was problematic and had to move with the lack of space and construction/renovation materials. Front desk lady didn’t seem to care about our concerns with the room odors and lack of cleanliness. I will not be back
Low value for money. For what they are charging, there should be breakfast offered as well. The room was newly renovated with work in progress in the corridors.
