Clean Property, but Extremely Unprofessional Management The hotel is clean, pet‑friendly, and well located; however, the management’s handling of a simple situation was deeply unprofessional. A poorly dressed, unidentified man—standing outside the pool area—began yelling at us about alcohol before entering and confronting us directly. My family stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. The elevator made a loud clunking noise. The breakfast was cold. We ate there one time. My husband was taking a shower and when he tried to adjust the shower head, it came off. No one came to fix it nor did they try to offer a discount. Last, but not least, my kids used a towel to place on the floor to prevent kiddie paint from getting on the carpet. For 170.00 a night the toilet should flush and the rooms are clean but the food is very expensive 18.00 for a BLT on toast not on your life

For spending 170.00 a night you would think the toilet would flush. The room was nice but the food is very expensive 18.00 for a BLT so down to the local Mexican restaurant where I spent 15.00 for a complete meal

Hi Teresa Branch @Keith here.we have been attendance here at Best Western for about 3.months this place is awesome the staff is so lovely astou ding.personalities.very help always make sure you are getting what you need.I highly highly recommend this place from the time you walk in until the time you leave the care is excellent funamal.thanks Best Western. The General managers are awesome go.out.of.her.way to make you feel at home. this is home away from home

We have stayed several nights and it is a great place to stay. Clean and the employees are very friendly. The breakfast is awesome! Christopher is the chef and he is wonderful! He is so cheerful and makes the best breakfast! Can’t say enough good things about him!!!

Wonderful stay, the staff very nice and helpful . Would definitely recommend staying. Wonderful pool plenty of privacy, nice quiet calm atmosphere. My wife and kids loved it was welcome on property. The owners are so home feeling welcoming.
