It was a Sunday. We were given a room closest to highway, very noisy room temperature was too hot couldn't adjust heat so had to leave window open so the noise was worse and bed was too hard. Not many customers but still was given the worst room.

Rooms were clean, had a full kitchen. It was comfortable

Maintenance team were no responsive and very unhelpful during our team stay. Front desk team were amazing however the evening staff showed very little care and didn’t realize any opportunities for them to be better. Too bad as the hotel is lovely with the Reno’s they did but they still seem to be working out the kinks which is to be expected but with that you should have a team committed to show care and adaptiveness to find work arounds to ensure each issue would get resolved.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Pacific Inn in Vernon. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing visit but what truly made my stay exceptional was the service. A special shout-out to the front desk team and the hotel manager, Raj. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout my stay.
