This hotel is in the hood! Horrible is putting it mildly got to room and bed was full of human and dog hair and pillow case had dog urine on it - called front desk and woman came immediately she wanted to use the old sheets and pillow cases instead of changing the sheets took her over 20 min just to change sheets. Went to speak with front desk man Chris who was dismissive and told me bye as he wasn't going to listen to my concerns. Will be calling corporate. Not cleaning or changing sheets between customers is not acceptable... read more
Rooms were fairly clean nothing special. Nothing with in walking distance for food.
