Stay away from this hotel! The elevator has been out for months and if you reserve a Bayview room, you’re only option is the fourth or fifth floor which means you’re walking up their concrete steps with luggage and every time you go in and out. There is no coffee available Complementary. Their machine gives you a third of a cup of coffee for $2.60 with no cream option. I made an additional deposit for the stay, and they told me they would return it three days after checking out. When I checked my credit card, I saw they charged me $250 because I supposedly smoked in the room. It turns out I'm not a smoker, and neither is my companion. So, it seems like a rip-off because they have no way of proving this to me. It's so bad that I checked out of the hotel a day early and didn't request a refund.
