I stayed at this hotel for a week, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I was placed on the 4th floor of a worn-down building and was never informed before my arrival that the elevator had been out of service for months. The hotel was clearly aware of the issue—you can see it mentioned in other guest reviews, along with the same generic copy-and-paste responses they give everyone. I gave two stars based upon the location. Although, the staff was nice, there are some major concerns with this hotel. I booked two rooms. We were informed at check in that our rooms would be cleaned on Wednesday. We checked in on Sunday. The trash cans are super small, so it was running over. We had to bag our own trash using a shopping bag from a store and take it to the front desk. I had already placed the used towels, etc. on the floor in the corner for housekeeping to retrieve when clenaing the room, so I thought!! Neit... read more

Ac is only working when its set 62, otherwise it doesn’t work. Laundry broke, all my clothes left wet after use it. There is big construction next to hotel, it makes huge noise at the morning, it’s impossible to sleep, hotel restaurant closed at 9. Housekeeping is only every 3 days. Don’t bite cheaper price

Honestly was fine until they randomly sent me a receipt for using Fiji water in the room that we didn’t even touch. Didn’t clean our room for the 5 days we were there, ground was dirty and my feet had dirt all over, wear shoes and didn’t remove the service fee. Be wary. Staff at front was nice but don’t try to scam people for things they don’t even use.
