Booked 4 rooms in July. Every room had stains on the carpet and beds. No Kleenex and only 1 roll of toilet paper. One room had no fridge or coffee maker, but it had coffee and cups ! One room asked for a new room. They were offered a new room, but it had no running water. Really ? One room had no security chain on the door. 3 rooms had to get the keys redone to make them work. Let's not even talk about their breakfast. Disgusting !! The eggs were so rubbery you couldn't cut them with a fork. Food poisoning waiting to happen.... read more

Disgusting place. Check in time was 3, showed up at 3:07 exhausted from traveling and they tell us the room isn't ready. We wait half an hour and immediately find ants all over the window and walls. They moved us to a new room which was also dirty but had less bugs. Dingy, dirty, dreadful. Avoid

This hotel room 102 at Best Wstern Old Mill in Onaha, NE had so many things wrong with it. Smelled like cigarettes or weed, sticky carpet and hardwood. I don't think the room had been cleaned and no towels or clean sheets and we stayed 2 nights. Terrible experience and won't ever stay at that location again! Way over priced!!
