Gabriel, from the front desk, explicitly violated the ADA in regard to service animals, harassing me outside my room in front of other guests, telling me my disability isn't even real and accusing me of lying. Gabriel said that psychiatric disabilities are just "emotional", that service dogs can only go in certain rooms, and that they should be disclosed at check-in. Staff was friendly. Room was clean with comfy bed. Breakfast area clean and well stocked with a nice variety of yummy food to choose from.
