I had the most terrible experience at this hotel I get to the hotel and he tells me my booking is for the 27th when I know I booked for the 26th tried to correct the issue and there was no help at all from the front desk Expedia tried calling them. They put them on hold until they hung up. I was on the phone for an hour trying to get this resolved so we could get in our room ended up having to pay for a complete another night plus charge me $50 for my service dogs terrible experience never go back to best western. Very pleasant experience. I couldn't see anything that was bad about my stay.
Young guy that works the evening shift was super nice so great customer service!! Breakfast was very good and room was very decent as well. Train is not as loud as other comments say. It did not bother us at all and overall it was a great place to spend the night!
Friendly staff greeted us as we walked into the office. Paperwork was a snap. They advised where I could get a drink. The room was clean and spacious. Parking was simple. Breakfast was hot and good variety. We would go back and enjoy the stay.
This is an old hotel that has been very well maintained. The room was spacious . The bed was comfortable and the carpet was clean. They really made sure everything we needed was in the room or nearby. The breakfast layout was excellent . The staff were outstanding! Cash and his Supervisor really stood out! There is a train that runs through right past the hotel that we were warned about, but frankly, we didn't find it annoying at all.
