Customer service was good, specifically Ramya's. She was always welcoming. My only complaint about the service is that during three of the weeks I stayed, they activated the card for just a day, which was very inconvenient. Having to go all the way to the room and then having to go downstairs again for them to activate the card again was a hassle. If they knew we were staying for a whole week, why didn't they activate the card for that same length of time? Other than that, nothing major when it comes to their customer servic... read more
