Newly renovated room. Priced for peak season like everywhere else. Clean.
The most pathetic hotel we ever stayed in. The rooms stink of stale smell, have clogged bathtubs, no hot water in the bathroom. The front desk lady never believed me when I told her there is no hot water in the bathroom and dismissed me saying ‘oh you are the only person who says so and no one else complained!!!! The floors are never Vaccumed and you can see stains all over. There is a big mosquito problem in the hotel. First off we way over paid for our room. Our fault as we used a third party to reserve our room. We didn't realize we were paying in US dollars. So $400 cdn for one night. On a Monday at a Best Western. Crazy. Our fault, we tried to cancel minutes after paying online, but the site wouldn't let us. When checking in the lady who helped us was very to the point when dealing with us...id say she was short with us. Not super friendly.
