The staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly. Have never had such an awful stay before. Hotel is super expensive for what it offers and how unupdated it is. Breakfast staff was rude and unfriendly. There was a large toe nail in our room. Do not recommend. Other hotels right near by are nicer and I am sure the staff is more friendly too!
Not sure at almost $400 for room with a veiw to a wall was what I would have expected, the restaurant was the most disappointing meal ever had in a 8 day vacation, had a pasta meal with prawns, saw none was told they where ground up ? At $32 !
We'd stay here again!
nice, clean, pleasant stay, breakfast was ok, Maybe crisp up the bacon a bit but that's the only complaint 😁
A very good Best Western Hotel. The hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful, the breakfast was good and there was a lot of space to sit, the pool was immaculate, and there was plenty of parking outside. We stayed four nights and used the hotel as a base to visit Revelstoke, Glacier, Jasper, and Yoho national parks. Downtown Golden is fun to visit too. I highly recommend it!
