Honestly this is my favorite Best Western. Room was HUGE, you could probably fit 3 rooms for Motel 6 into 1 room here in the King room they gave us. The grounds are pretty and everything is clean and updated, the other hotels in the area are just so raggedy. Conveniently next to freeway but also out of the way enough that it's quiet and safe. We like it very much.

I recently stayed at the Best Western in Moreno Valley on June 28th, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. This was my second time staying there, as I had a decent visit the weekend prior, but this time was really a letdown. I woke up in the morning to insects in the room, which was just unacceptable. I tried to bring it up with customer service a few days later, since it was already too late to mention it before checkout. Third time coming here, always had a good experience, service is good very accommodated . For sure coming back . Staff so nice after I had just checked in I lost my room key, and they were nice enough to get me a new key free of charge.
