Absolutely terrible experience with this best western when it came to charges on our card. My husband travels for work and he is not supposed to pay for the rooms his company does. They charged our card three different charges of random amounts and when we went to address it they just kept saying it was pre authorized and that are money had not been taken which was untrue. After a long and busy schedule, my family and I came to BW hoping for a relaxing stay. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Both of our rooms were not properly cleaned upon arrival, which was unacceptable. The bathroom faucets were not functioning properly, making the stay even more inconvenient. To make matters worse, there was a strong cigarette smell throughout the rooms, creating an unpleasant and uncomfortable environment for our family.
