I would not recommend this Best Western. The dining area was covered in ants, which made it hard to enjoy breakfast. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were so small they felt more like cushions. The walls had visible dirt going up the sides, and the carpet felt sticky, wet, and overall unpleasant. Definitely not the clean or comfortable stay I expected.

Disappointing Stay at This Best Western Location Our experience at this Best Western was very unpleasant. The room was small and dark, and several things were not working properly. The shower knob was broken, and we could only get either cold or extremely hot water. The refrigerator didn’t work at all. When we spoke to the manager, he told us there were no other rooms available. He did replace the refrigerator, but said the shower couldn't be fixed until the next morning. I rarely leave reviews or take surveys but I feel it would be a disservice not to share my experience. I had never stayed at a BW however my go to chains were not an option in the area. First this is not just a BW, I feel the website is not transparent in disclosing BW bought out/partnered with a local hotel located behind the BW which is where my room was. Guests smoking outside the room results in cigarette smoke coming into the room and stinking the whole room . Bathroom had hair all over the tub and floor. Wonder if housekeeper clean the bathroom. Kind of dated fixtures. On the good side bed sheets were clean and somewhat new.carpet. newly painted, and new bathroom counter.
