The hotel room comes with a range of facilities, kettle, microwave , sink, cutlery and dishwear. Found the hotel close to shopping centre , Mc Donalds accross the road and La Portachtta , ice Cream dessert place. Westfield is about 5 mins down the road with Hots i think and you also have Epping pacific 15-20 mins down the road with Readings Ciema and kmart, Big W Time zone Aldi's and a range of take away and food courts.

Very average room. Fairly clean (few hairs on the carpet) but no dust etc. mattress needs changing as there were hollows in it. Spa worked but a jet was loose. Good shower pressure. Kitchenette facilities were fine. Air conditioner/heater works well but emits a lot of light so if you like a dark room bring an eye mask or you'll have to choose to leave it off. Staff were very pleasant. Would stay again as location and price served our needs

We stayed here for a hockey tournament in Greensborough, we booked the family suite. The photos don’t set your expectations too high but we were pleasantly surprised, the room was better than imagined, the bed wasn’t soft but it was still fine. Facilities were clean. Reception staff were wonderful. The location is very good close to every takeaway, supermarkets, etc. I’d stay here again

Very bad customer service
