We stayed here for a hockey tournament in Greensborough, we booked the family suite. The photos don’t set your expectations too high but we were pleasantly surprised, the room was better than imagined, the bed wasn’t soft but it was still fine. Facilities were clean. Reception staff were wonderful. The location is very good close to every takeaway, supermarkets, etc. I’d stay here again
Very bad customer service
Worst experience with this motel. Upon arrival, the split system was not working. When we reported it, the reception staff came, switched the mode to “cool” and set the temperature to 27°C, asking us if we could feel any cold air—despite the fact that no air was blowing at all. During the night, the heating did not work either. We had to endure the cold without any heater, which was especially difficult as we were traveling with a child. Disgusting service from the manager.
Well where to start. We were in room 26 and it should not have been let. Hole in the dining table top. Toilet seat very loose. Mould on bathroom ceiling. Shower leaks all over the floor on the toilet side. Towel holder broken. Main door won't lock correctly could only close it and use the chain but looked like it had already been kicked of before see photo 1. Main front door not sealed and wind blows through. Broken gyprock in bathroom. Only that we were in the room for a few hours we would've left and went to another motel.... read more
