Location is great, easy access to highway, close to many businesses and restaurants. They might have done renovations recently, as hallway’s carpets are new, lighting is very bright, extremely clean. They have a pool, a jacuzzi, fitness center, great continental breakfast. The rooms are also very nice, with coffee machine, microwave and a fridge. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean. I’ve stayed at the Best Western Mason Inn for many months for work and spent thousands of dollars at this establishment and they have officially lost any future business from me over $80. I booked a night for an overnight business trip and had to cancel last minute due to an emergency. I phoned the hotel to try and cancel and the front desk attendant said she was unable to help so I called the BW customer relations number. I’m really at a loss for words other than flat out theft by deception! I paid for our room in advance with a 200$ gift card only to have the front desk tell me at check in that there is not only a 100$ deposit to make but that my card will also be charged the full amountnt of the room even though it was already paid for! It instantly was withdrawn from my account but upon checking out I was informed it may take several days to credit back to my account!
