This is a great little hotel with plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as fast food choices. Very conveniently located right off of I-20. The bed was comfy, the area was clean, and the staff was friendly.

I have pictures of the dirty room I was assigned. The condition of the first room had dirty sheets, stains on the sheets, multiple hairs in the bed, long hair all over the bathroom, etc. This was for the first room 206. The next room I was placed in was room 216. I have pictures of this room, which had dirty floors, hair, and dirt on the nightstand. I requested a refund but was told I needed to speak with the General Manager. I asked for an email or phone number of the general manager. Still waiting for a callback. See pictu... read more

Booked my room and chose to pay at property spoke with a person several times before we were to arrive to confirm even told would not check in till around 9 pm everything was good, 5 minutes before we arrived was called and told our room was cancelled and they were book , which left me and my family trying to find another last minute hotel on canton trade days weekend . I understand a lot of hotels are doing this now but it's still unacceptable -- there is a limiter on the AC unit so you think you are adjusting it, but really there's a limited temperature range it will allow you to adjust. We were burning up last night with the AC set to "60" but when we powered it off and back on, the ambient temperature was 72. Hmmmm. Not the staff's fault, and this is probably the direction all hotels are heading in, but it kind of defeats the purpose of paying to stay somewhere if you can't sleep becaus... read more
