I travel for work. I work for the state and use a tax exemption form. After staying 4 weeks in a row because I booked online the front desk lady said she can’t honor my exemption form. I spent an hour out in my car calling and finally she will now remove the taxes. I know there are a lot of State employees that stay here I see them all the time. Maybe I was primed by negative reviews, but my two night stay with my grandmother and 2 small children far exceeded my expectations. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was as good as you could ask for from a Best Western. If you find yourself in need of a place to stay in the area, I would recommend.
Rooms do not get cleaned. I did not shower because the water trickled out and smelled very foul. The toilet had black streaks due to not being cleaned.
