I requested a ground floor unit online as my wife has a foot injury. I then phoned and confirmed that I would get a ground floor room. When I checked in the caretaker tried to give me a first floor unit. Fortunately a ground floor unit was still available. The room was very dated but the bed was very comfortable. The bedside touch operated lamp was faulty and spent all night randomly turning on and off. The water in the shower was excessively hot causing a potential safety hazard
Nice clean tidy rooms look like they were recently renovated shower was awesome. Staff very helpful and friendly but no where to eat! The local Indian restaurant is amazing but not every night.

Room had a bad smell when I got to my room. Found mould in my air con and not just a little. Asked for a new room which I accepted to not be a drama. The new rooms aircon still had mould. Reception staff said there was no mould and they cleaned every week. I even took one member to the air cons and he told me there is nothing wrong with it.
