It was my first time staying at a Best Western and I enjoyed it. I was suprised to see how much space we had in our room. But, it was a good amount of space for the cost of the room. I had no expectations prior to the trip. I was joined by my best friend but I do plan on returning to that location with my boyfriend and(Maybe our kids). I truly appreciate the nice staff and the cleanliness of the facility. The complimentary breakfast was suprising too. Very polite. We mixed up our nights when booking online but they let us stay the correct night at no extra cost. It's our second time staying there and we have no complaints. Very good location! Price is the best for the quality.

I cannot believe the quality of this hotel for the price we paid. We had a separate sitting room so we didn't need to disturb the one trying to sleep when one of us wanted to read or watch TV. Very large and well appointed common areas. Very helpful staff. What more can I say. The location was just a little inconvenient from the expressway but well worth the effort.

We returned to MDW New Year's Eve -- 10:00pm by the time we got our bags. My car was parked at the Best Western. It's 7 degrees, snowing, and there's a 90-minute wait for a cab. My sister is not well and waiting in a wheelchair. Called the Best Western for suggestions. The helpful clerk gave me the phone number of the cab company they use, but that didn't help. This is the second time to stay at this hotel, and were pleased again. I will be staying here again when in the area. I feel very secure as a female traveler and the staff is very friendly.

For my family visit to the Chitown area, I had to be near Midway for an easy departure on Southwest. Chicago was daunting, BW Inn & Suites memorable. Hot spa, brkfst both delightful! Stay here I will!

I really enjoyed my stay at the best western hotel. They had good customer service and was very polite. The rooms were very clean and I couldn't think of a better place to stay when I come back. The rooms are affordable and your right next to everything you need. I give the best western a A plus plus.

The room was fine, the service was good also. We also love the area the hotel is located in.
