The staff and crew at this facility are very friendly and professional, courteous and prompt and never make you feel unimportant or a bother. The hotel is clean, GREAT location and a VERY GOOD breakfast is included...We can't say enough about them! Stephanie and Mitch come to mind for courtesy, hard work and excellence.
It was okay! Not the best but not the worst. Pros: The room seemed clean and the beds were comfortable, ac worked well. Hot tub was really hot, and it was quiet. Parking available. Convenient location to white water rafting, and not too far from grants pass. It felt safe here. The things i didn't really like were the tv's in the room- would be more convenient if they were smart tv's that you could watch youtube/netflix etc. The hot tub had too much chlorine going in it, it was burning our eyes. No elevator and 1 1/2 levels up. Very hot in area in Late June- 102! Toilet slow flush, poor lighting, good a/c and tv. Nice customer service and breakfast was complete!
Stayed there in September of 2024. This was one of the most charming Best Western Inn's I have ever been to! The exterior was themed to the season and meticulously clean. The location was not right of the freeway, but the drive there was just gorgeous, along the Rogue River. The staff was incredibly accommodating and this was the BEST pet friendly place to stay at! Parking is hotel typical tight, but well lit, clean and appeared safe. There is a separate parking lot on the backside for large vehicles/RV’s/trailers, and accessible by a back door. Direct access to the dispensary next door isn’t as much a convenience to the average clean hotel guest, especially since it’s a 100% smoke free establishment. The lack of an elevator was a bit of a surprise, but for the able bodied, not an issue.
