Ive stayed at this establishment and enjoyed it. I recently received an email for a 20% off stay, I had to call to redeem the discount. I called 3 times and was hung up on 3 attempts. 1/21/2026
There was a time that this place was a hidden gem. Not so much anymore. Rooms are ok. Breakfast was only ok. Very very loud lady in the breakfast area really made it difficult to enjoy the view and sipping at your coffee. But you be you, we left. The front desk people apparently struggle with eye contact. And that's IF you can find someone actually AT the desk. Yeah it's not the Ritz Carlton but come on, acknowledge that I made a choice to spend my money at YOUR hotel.
