I have been staying with Best Western several travel trips. They are consistently very good and tops amongst their competitors. This Best Western was no exception. The room was clean and quiet and the front desk staff was exceptionally accommodating.
Hotel was super clean, staff were very helpful, breakfast spread was out of this world amazing over the few days that we stayed, and the indoor pool was clean, heated, and not too deep for the kiddos (4 ft at the deepest part). They did unfortunately charge me $80 for my dog (pet fee I guess 🤷🏻♀️) without disclosing that to me in advance, but I was unaware until just before checkout. Overall we loved it there, and would 10/10 stay again.
It was my first time in that area, I really had a great experience everything was amazing and well organized, the room was so clean and I felt it was special I enjoyed the pool too, if you looking for a good place at the poconos area this hotel is amazing. Also Aurora at the front desk she was sooo nice and helpful, and I don't want to forget the breakfast they have and the variety of food they offer, very clean Thank you so much for everything
I had an amazing stay at the Best Western. Everything was clean. The staff were so helpful and kind. We even had cookies when we first came into the hotel. Haven’t had this great of an experience at a hotel in a while. Looking forward to booking another stay.
