The Best Western intentionally turned the heat way up in the pool area, so hot it was burning the kid's feet. Trying to clear the kids out of the pool area and when that didn't work, they closed pool 1/2 hour early. They don't allow people to sit in the lobby and talk or hang out. We witness the staff being rude to many customers including my party. They over booked themselves and then treat the guests poorly. Pool is way too small for how many rooms are being booked. Rooms were small and the mattress was so old I felt like I was sleeping on a slope. It was aweful couldn't when sleep. Also smelled musty in the room. Night staff was rude and would allow anyone sitting there even though it was supposed to be open till at least 10. Also a dog was constantly barking and nothing was done about that. I travel alot and will never be back.
The people behind the desk are very rude. We rented 95 percent of the rooms. They closed the pool early. Told us we had to be in our rooms by 10pm and couldn’t be out of our rooms until 9am. Mean while they had dog in a room barking for hours
Pool is heated and big! No hot tub but sauna!
My husband and I love this spot, definitely a favorite. We visit at least 2 times a year!!!! The jacuzzi room is our favorite!!!
