Everything was good with our stay , until 10:40 am came around and the guy housekeeper just walked into our room without knocking and turned on the lights and I asked what he was doing in there and why he didn’t knock and his response was that it was checkout time ( mind you checkout time is not until 11) and if I was staying or leaving and I asked him to leave the room and he caught attitude and walked out and slammed the door
My stay was on 04/10/2025. When first entering room 209, it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. Dust was on every surface and it smelled very stale. The toilet in the restroom made a vibrating sound every time it flushed. The air conditioning never got down to temp but thats probably because the evap coil was clogged, due to not having any type of air filter. So my boyfriend was staying here during prom. Everything is fine at first until we start hanging downstairs. Seemed fine until the lady told us to keep quiet, mind you this is 6p. Next thing I know, I'm getting dragged out of the hotel by police telling me I'm criminally trespassing and not wanted here. I don't why even the cops allowed this but seems owner was insistant on ruining our prom last year. I say anyone coming here, don't!!! Friendly staff. Room has everything mini kitchen, microwave, stove, fridge.Its better to have a long mirror.
I was looking to book here for the weekend, so I called this location to ask some basic questions (pool hours, etc.) and the woman who answered the phone couldn't comprehend my simple questions and barely spoke English (she had a strong Indian accent). If I cannot get simple questions answered over the phone, I'd hate to think how difficult it would be if I stayed here and needed something, or if there were incorrect charges and I couldn't communicate with the front desk person.
