Not a great experience, especially considering the high nightly price. Terrible cigarette smell in the hallways and other common areas, moldy AC smell in rooms, sticky carpet in the room, windows are bolted shut. The only thing we liked was the comfortable mattress. Generally this hotel is not well kept and we would not recommend it to friends.
Was pleasantly surprised by this Best Western. On-site restaurant was out of this world. Staff was amazing and friendly rooms were clean with modern comfortable beds.
Very convenient place close to Port Jervis and many close by places.
