Stayed there for 4 nights, primarily to get work done for my small business as well as do some motorcycle riding in the area. Hotel was very clean. Minus one star because I asked for my room to be cleaned on only one day. I came back 4-5 hours later and it wasn’t cleaned.

We loved our stay at this Best Western! Management was amazing, the rooms were clean, pool and hot tub were clean and open, and the continental breakfast was the best I’ve had. We definitely would stay here again.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. The first room reeked of mold and had no hot water, it was lukewarm at best. I had an attendant switch us rooms and say he checked the water in the new room himself, but yet again... it was lukewarm water. I have a disability that requires that I have access to a bathtub, so we immediately asked for a refund, but they said I would have to send an email somewhere, and wait for a response, knowing I was in severe pain. Rooms were great, located right off the freeway, most staff were awesome. With exception to one.... late 40's early 50's grey hair and glasses on the morning crew was extremely rude and raised her voice at us about late check out policy when we had already confirmed staying over again saying management took it out on them if ppl stayed late (which we had already spoken to the sjift before about).
