This property is well maintained, very clean, and the staff at this location helps make your stay that much more enjoyable. Guests are treated with courtesy, respect, and kindness. The location is amazing, with a beautiful view of the bay and Mackinac Island. Easy access to the bridge and ferries to the island. Very nice downtown area with great restaurants.
This is the worst place I have ever stayed at with my family. The rooms look nothing like their pictures online. The room is dark, some of the outlets don’t work, the phone doesn’t work, dust coming from the sheets, mattress were wet, bugs in our rooms. Never stepping foot in this best western or any best western place again. Just awful.
Very nice hotel for St. Ignace. Large campus-like set up. Two nice pools, one outside and one indoor. Free hot breakfast with waffles, sausage, eggs and more. Great location and a family fun vibe. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area.
