If I could leave zero stars I would. I booked through booking.com and paid through booking.com the hotel operations manger Melinda Anisworth was rude and stated that I needed to pay $208.77 again. I explained to her that I already paid through booking.com, I reached out to booking.com and told them what was going on. They contacted Melinda Anisworth, and she stated it’s my fault I shouldn’t have booked through booking.com. Melinda Anisworth was rude and attitude was horrible. Rooms look good, comfortable and for the most part clean. Quiet area, good price.
Enjoyed it , no hassles and close to everything
This place is absolutely disgusting. I was first given a room that has clearly been smoked in. They then changed my room and gave me a room without air conditioning that was probably 90 degrees, upon telling Tye at the front desk he told me it wasn’t his problem that it didn’t have AC and it might cool down eventually. Avoid this place at all costs. The motel is gross and the customer service isn’t any better.
