This place is absolutely disgusting. I was first given a room that has clearly been smoked in. They then changed my room and gave me a room without air conditioning that was probably 90 degrees, upon telling Tye at the front desk he told me it wasn’t his problem that it didn’t have AC and it might cool down eventually. Avoid this place at all costs. The motel is gross and the customer service isn’t any better.

I would give 0 stars if i could for service. 06/25/2025 - 5:21 AM whoever works early shift, arrogant, rude, I was trying to ask for a 30 minute late check out didn’t even let me finish, immediately jumped with a cocky attitude that I would be charged a whole day regardless. I do not recommend this place if you need a little bit of a late check out.
Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Had a great discussion about novelist Harper Lee with one of the staff during breakfast. Bathtub was slippery but clean. AC and fridge were great. A wonderful place to stay between Montgomery and Monroeville.
