We arrived yesterday and the people working the front desk were amazing. They were genuinely happy to be there and were energetic and helpful without being so chipper you want to throttle them with the nearest blunt object. The rooms were VERY clean, spacious and we got key cards that ACTUALLY worked. It certainly beat the hell out of going back and forth between the front desk and our room 37 times because the idiot at the front desk tried to authenticate my credit card as a key card and use the key card to pay the bill....... read more
The best place to stay in the Smokies!!! The staff there was the best couldn't ask for a better place to stay
This motel is a sweet find. Everyone at the front desk was nice. They had coffee and tea available in the lobby and pots in the room. Room was clean and recent carpeting it seemed. Nice pool but we didn't get to use it. Also very quiet. It's certainly not the Ritz but for the price it's awesome
