4/22/26. I was on a work trip. Made a reservation 2 hours prior to my arrival. Arrived there around 7pm. 1st time here. Check in process took less than 10 minutes. I handed him my ID, CC and got my room on the 1st floor. Room was clean. AC/heater works good. Bathroom was clean. If I may make a suggestion in the bath room, is to have a towel hook/rack just outside the shower. Breakfast was good. There are wide variety and also to go sandwiches! The rooms were below average and did not meet reasonable expectations. While parking was adequate, that was the only positive aspect of this stay. The staff were consistently unprofessional and discourteous. In particular, a short blonde employee was openly rude, raised her voice during our interaction, and demonstrated a clear lack of basic customer service skills. Very nice property. Clean, desk staff very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, comfortable mattress and pillows--> good night's sleep. The breakfast is worth the stay alone! Thick oven cooked flavorful bacon, real sausage links with great taste, fresk homemade/on-site breakfast sandwiches, fresh cut fruit cups. Very friendly and accommodating breakfast staff! The best breakfast buffet.
