Very nice hotel. Room was great. Only had two issues with room. Air conditioner worked great but was very loud. It definitely has a problem. And the light bulb on the desk lamp is not very bright so it is hard to see to do paperwork and put on makeup in the morning. Definitely would stay here again. And also I have stayed in about a 160 hotels in the past year for work and I think they have one of the best breakfast I have seen! They are so many choices and the food tasted great.
After a great stay at the Best Western and arriving home I remembered that I had left my diamond necklace in the bathroom. The staff was so helpful, found it and returned it to me. Their honesty and helpfulness can not be repayed.
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful!!..treated us like family! Great breakfast, rooms and pool. next time I’m in Sidney I will be staying here again.
Fitness center is extremely lacking and usually has machines out of order. Breakfast is sometimes cold.
