Booked with outside source as the motel was pet friendly. Booking company failed to mention the pet friendly option requires $20 per night. Came as a surprise at check in. Otherwise a good enough motel in the oil patch.
Worst service ever. I have gone over to the best western countless times and asked them to either look at my door batteries or change them because every other day I have to go next door to get new keys and I don’t know if it’s the keys or my door and to this day no one has come to check it out then they are videoing me crawling in through my window because I can’t get my door open and complain.
