I personally had a great experience at this Best Western. My room was very clean, modern, crisp white sheets. Everything looked fresh and new. I was originally scheduled to stay at the other best western in Gallup, which is downtown. I pulled up to THAT ONE which is located downtown Gallup and the neighborhood just wasn’t my cup of tea, so I came to THIS one which was 6-8 minutes away and located in a very quiet part of town, on the west side. I had a mechanical failure and had a week @ the best western waiting on parts. The staff and facilities made my stay a real vacation. Everyone was super helpful and smiling, for the week, it was amazing to have such a energetic helpful group of people in a road side hotel. It felt more like a vacation destination than a stop over in small town America. I have a working dog that goes everywhere I do. She is a signal dog by training, after nearly nine years, she is also my companion. The hotel staff took great care of us both.... read more
Room was very clean but the common areas needed better cleaning and the breakfast was horrible. Sausage tasted like it was from the day before, eggs were watery and I was there just after it started
