Nice hotel. I would book a room there again. Breakfast was good for a grab and go. Service was great!
My wife and I and a friend spent last night at the Best Western Gallup West. This hotel is like many of the Best Western hotels we have stayed at recently. It is an older property but very well maintained. Our room and bathroom, the hotel lobby and the breakfast dining area were all very clean. The breakfast was warm and adequate. This hotel is a good value for the money.
I Wouldn't of been giving No Star, but no choice, Be Careful when staying here once you check-out, they turn around and charge your debit/credit card without your consent! Once you call the office they say the beds were peed which was Not! & front desk had the nerve to disrespect my children! Never again will my self or my family stay here!!
