After leaving the Hampton inn across the way because our rooms were so dirty and smelly upon check in, I came over to the best western hoping they had 2 rooms left on such late notice. They were able to help us out and get us in 2 rooms for a decent rate! The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, staff was excellent, and breakfast was great!

Terrible Experience – I stayed at the Best Western Fishkill Inn & Suites for a 3-night family trip, and unfortunately, it was a horrible experience from start to finish. Our room had a roach infestation, which is completely unacceptable. When I reported it to the front desk, the staff offered little to no support. The only compensation provided was a refund for one night, which didn’t feel adequate given the circumstances. Customer service was especially disappointing. Front desk manager, Vox, was super helpful with check in. He accommodated our group as best he could. He was kind and courteous. The rooms were clean. They were in need of repairs in a couple of areas. The ceiling in our bathroom was leaking and sagging. The king bed was super comfy! The queen pull out couch was not very comfy at all. The continental breakfast was great, eggs, bacon, baked goods and fried potatoes with peppers and onions. Yum! We enjoyed our stay.
