Stayed here some time ago. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was decent. Staff was very nice. This is a unique BW. The rooms and buildings are in a cute layout. The hotel is right off I-84.
TERRIBLE service. Staff is rude, rooms are not maintained, breakfast was always late and they were always out of coffee. The day I checked out this one woman who worked in the kitchen kept banging on my door, asking why I haven't left yet. I kept telling her that I requested a late checkout and it was not noon yet. She awkwardly laughed in my face and said "that doesn't sound like my problem," then rudely walked away when I was talking to her.
I love this location ! The manager Miguel always goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant! I would leave 10 stars if I could ! The fire pit , pool & gym ! Clean cute location ! Definitely worth the stay - thanks again
We’re a family, and the hotel matched our needs completely! Surprisingly large and spacious rooms, fully equipped, everything clean and felt new, quiet, hospitable staff, conveniently located.
