It was a very nice hotel. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again. The road is a bit noisy due to 18 wheelers and we heard an ambulance and motor cycle in the middle of the night. But I’m sure it wouldn’t be that noisy on the back side!
My friend and I spent 3 days at the Best Western in Marshall. We had a great experience there. The check-in was easy. Our room was clean. The bed was just right.We had clean towels. Although we were right off IH 20 and on a major highway 59 with a lot of big trucks we had no trouble sleeping. The office staff was absolutely amazing. Robin is a keeper. We loved Jessica we drove in from Louisiana going to Wyoming and omg Jessica gaved us the best welcome she was so amazing and just beautiful soul thank you doll!!!
Room smelled very bad. Old stale smell.
This hotel provided amazing hospitality, value and service. We were really impressed with the facility, staff and ownership. Outstanding!!!
