There was NO HOT WATER. The hotel were aware of this problem, but nothing was said at check in. If I had been aware, I would have stayed elsewhere. The full room rate was charged. I find this unbelievable. It is over two weeks now since I have stayed there. Despite leaving a written complaint and having called FOUR times the manager DIANE (sp?) still has not contacted me. The manger was awesome as always! Love the staff, Kylee was so helpful. Great team and amazing hotel!
Clean hotel with very nice service at the front desk and breakfast area. Breakfast was great!! Lots to offer and it was free. No complaints at this Best Western!
