Horrible customer service!! Billed twice and was told I would not be.
Trash 🗑️, plumbing was awful in the bathroom, TV was lagging, TV stopped working at times, had to do Maintenance at times.
Service wasn’t good wasn’t happy with them at all wouldn’t stay here.
Worst experience I have ever had with a hotel, I do not think I will use best western any further. I accidentally left some important cards in my room in August, all I wanted was for them to either send them to me or work with me so I could get them. They instead had no contact with me, wouldn’t return phone calls and just gave me the run around. They did say they had the cards.
