This hotel should get no stars. No internet and no t.v.? Seriously im paying all this money for what ? I need at least a partial refund ! Rooms are mediocre at best ! Not happy !!!
Clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast is simple but yet has many options for all. Small outdoor pool but not crowded and well kept. There is a 7 eleven and a Burger King that’s a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. Kings Dominion is extremely close but will need about 20 minutes to walk from hotel through the HUGE parking lot to the gates so we ended up taking the car ($35 parking).
Crap. Internet goes out every 10 seconds. Bags of garbage left in hallway. Mold in showers. Stay away. Go to a hotel in Old Dominion or sleep in your car before staying here.
This was our first time at a Best Western, but it was right off i95, we were tired from a long road trip, and we were able to walk in and get a room immediately. Location was great, late night and morning staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean. Breakfast was included and was okay. Overall, this hotel is fine ... but I think a few more healthy options for breakfast would be great, and a small update with some fresh paint would be beneficial.
