Since the first day we stay there Roxy was super friendly and gave us great customer service everyday.
STAY AWAY! The nice smell when you walk in to the lobby and see the chandelier is where the niceties stopped. Vacations are supposed to be comfortable, not how this one started off thanks to BW! Pool “closed for maintenance” according to the front desk because someone “with a bunch of tanning oil got in it in the morning and left a film on the pool.” It only goes 4ft so we didn’t feel like we missed anything.
