Ben and Angie provided excellent customer service. I accidentally booked a smoking room online, and they upgraded me to a non-smoking at no charge. Rooms are nice. One negative is I couldn't read the room numbers as I was driving around looking for my room. Better lighting and different room # signs would help. Another negative is lots of people lurking outside their rooms at night smoking weed. Need to hire a security guard.
1 way in and out. Sheets were clean. Door closed but you could see light all around it. Air conditioning worked well.
Roomy. House keeping half way does their job. If you are a long stay person you can bet your bed won't be changed for a week.
The front desk staff David was nothing but amazing and accommodating... Thank you so much... Rooms are older but everything is clean
