Exceptional Service
Room was very dirty. House keeping needs some training. Lights didn't work. Closet door black. Lamp shade had something on it. Someone socks in closet. Paid $93 more like a $35 room. Front desk was very nice. Bed sheets where clean. And it's very noisy.
Room dirty, carpet ripped.
Customer service was awful, rude male staff. Asked for a late checkout time but was made to pay for a full second night in a kind of crappy hotel in Arkansas. Location was fine, lots of options nearby. I'd skip this place and go literally anywhere else.
