Watching the sun set over the Columbia River emptying into the Pacific Ocean from our room was incredible.

The people are sweet and they let bogs there. However I wish they had extra blankets and pillows next time.

Your manager, Raven, lacks professional courtesy to return calls when told more than 3 times. Also, your front desk clerk, Michael, also lacks confidence when on the phone. He speaks in a very low tone, doesn't seem to know what to say and pauses too long when asked questions. Do they need further training ? Or is bit that they just don't care? The best part about this location is the waterfront view. I have stayed at other locations and had better experiences. I called this specific location before booking to inquire about EV charging. I was told charging was available. When I arrived I learned there is only 1 charger and of course it was occupied. The hotel does not require a time limit therefore a vehicle can stay in that one spot for as long as they desire. This is quite frustrating.
