Short summary: ant infestation, hotel staff doesn't clean rooms before letting in a new guest Our room was not cleaned before we got into it. Food from the last people was left in the fridge (pictured below, not ours), the beds were both full of crumbs, and there was pee on the toilet seat. toilet paper hadn't even been refilled, one roll was missing and the other was half used. It's like all they did was put down the toilet seat and make the beds because everything else in the hotel was dirty. Was also full of ants all over... read more
Nice rooms, very clean and pool area is nice. Staff is very friendly and good assortment of snacks and cookies
Landan (and all staff) was so friendly checking us in and helping us with whatever we needed. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful! We loved seeing and hearing the sea lions. The 24 hrs gym pool and hot tub was amazing for us!!! We would definitely stay here again.
