Super Hotel. Große saubere Zimmer. Freundlicher Service und super Lage. Wir würden es wieder buchen und weiter empfehlen.
Do NOT stay here unless you want to be ripped off! James is dishonest and sketchy. They made a mistake and over charged us but refused to make it right! They wouldn’t return my emails or my phone calls. HORRIBLE customer service. I would give a zero if I could. Complete embarrassment to have the Best Western name tarnished like they are doing, I would cut them loose if I were Corporate!!!
SCHOOLS BEWARE!!!!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD. THESE PEOPLE ARE EXTREMELY SHADY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE DISHONEST. THEY DOUBLE CHARGED US, I HAVE PROOF THAT THEY DID AND THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
