I came to Cleveland for a family funeral. Close to the funeral home and the cemetery. Also family in Trinity close to an hour away. Easy access to the 59. Room very clean. AC works great. In room fridge, microwave, business suite has desk and couch. Lots of very livable space

Had a wonderful stay here. Clean rooms, pool was awesome, and great accommodations for the price. Alissa is one of the front desk workers. This chic needs a raise in my opinion. She was so personable and knowledgeable. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She was so helpful during our stay!! Thank you Alissa for going above and beyond for not just us but others we seen you interact with.

We had reserved three rooms for family coming in for out of Town for our wedding. Jody and the staff were amazing and very accommodating. Our family was very happy and comfortable in the clean and spacious rooms. We thank The Cleveland, Texas, best Western staff for all their attentions and excellent service. They made our wedding guest feel welcomed and cared for.
