Excellent Customer Service I recently booked a one-night stay for my baby son’s medical appointment, and overall, I was very happy with the customer service we received. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, and we had no issues with the service during our stay. The room appeared to have received a basic clean; however, I did notice a few areas that could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Twice in the last three years I've been stuck in Rockhampton unexpectedly, with every place I tried fully booked up. On both occasions Best Western Cattle City Motel managed to find a room for me, and even gave me a discount! The management team were incredibly helpful, staying on the office late to make sure I could check in ok, and on one occasion even letting me back into my room when I accidentally locked myself out within 5 minutes of check-in! We couldn't fault our stay. Beautifully presented rooms, friendly staff, delicious meals at the Cattle City Restaurant, and excellent facilities. Everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Best Western Cattle City Motor Inn and will definitely return on our next trip to Rockhampton.
