This is by far the best hotel experience we have ever had. Andre, the evening check in folks, and the housekeeping were all amazing. So kind, so helpful, literally going above and beyond to help us while we were dealing with an unfortunate situation. If it had not been for this hotel and Andre, we would not have had anywhere to go. We were stranded in Cades Cove and they helped us make sure we had everything we needed to get home the next day. The delicious breakfast was a perk too.

We stayed here two nights. Main reason for travel was to cycle Cades Cove on a Wednesday. The beds were very comfortable. The refrigerator was a nice size. The location was great. Close to cove and other attractions and eating places in area. The breakfast was good. I saw one small bug in the shower but could not identify the type. We are in mountains. Dirty and roaches!!! Very very Dissappointed. We have stayed here in the past and it was always a nice clean place but this time the bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor, in bathtub and on the back of the toilet. And then we find roaches. I believe it has new ownership and they have very little pride in their establishment.
