First impression through calling in was not good. Apparently the person who answered the phone was the general manager and he was a complete dickhead. Hoping for a good stay after a rough start.
GM stated that the place is quiet. It’s 1AM and we are having to hear the tv from next door. NOT happy!
Very nice, silent and clean place to explore the Smokey mountains
