BNI breakfast meeting as a guest. Didn't stay so can't rate the rooms, but the full blackbutt brekky for $22 good value and tasty in my books

The Motel is very handy to John Hunter Hospital and located in a village with a variety of food and drink outlets.The rooms and ensuites of the Blackbutt Inn were spotless and beds comfortable. Although the accommodation is above the Hotel noise from it or passing traffic did not disturb our sleep. The staff at Best Western Blackbutt Inn were fantastic.
