Our room was dirty,--candy by bed and hair in shower. Went for Breakfast Sunday Morning, they were out of Milk and Orange Juice and this was at 7:30am. Have been trying to call them for 2 day and no answer.
Jessica was there to check us in, very friendly and professional. Super easy check in! Upon checking in we noticed our room didn’t seem super clean, the floor had stuff all over it as if it wasn’t vacuumed, there was a good amount of dust build up that was visible, the pillows were so flat they had no stuffing, and the bed was so worn and used you could see the indents where people slept. Breakfast wasn’t stocked well, front desk whom was stocking breakfast never used gloves or a hairnet, new “fresh” eggs were thrown on top ... read more
Great reasonably priced place to stay, breakfast has all you need to start your day off on a highball note! Our go to when visiting Devils Lake always satified!!!
I check into this hotel for a solo night for a work trip. I received my keys for my room and opened the door only to find it not cleaned from the previous persons use. After working a long day all I want to do is relax, and since I booked on a third party website I was not offered a discount.
Good location for hiking in the area clean rooms
