Super rooms nicely maintained
I want to report and will be filing a complaint against whoever works during this time she is refusing to assist me she is ignoring my calls and neglecting a re turn guest I will be calling corporate
The room had a distinct unpleasant smell, like dirty mop water. The door into the room was out of line and required effort to open and close it. The light switch at the door was broken and had to be wiggled to turn the light off and on. The biscuits and gravy were inedible—tasted like they had been in the pan for a couple of days, they had great coffee and the bed was comfortable. They gave me a toothbrush because I had forgotten mine and the staff were all very nice and helpful. I wouldn’t stay here again.
