Good customer service. Clean room with comfortable bed. Actually slept until 8 am.
Clean rooms, comfortable bed and very nice staff. Chris at the front desk was great and helped me fix my reservation; made for a restful and easy trip. Thank you.
Pictures on the website are completely false and misleading. I have stayed at several older Best Western hotels previously, but this hotel is way beyond just normal old wear and tear. We had mold in several spots in our room. Ceiling panels in the hallway completely removed . The smell of stench and mold was so strong in the room. It was AWFUL. These conditions cause people to get sick! We'll be contacting corporate. Save your money and go to the comfort inn down the street!
The pictures on the website are a lie . There was mold growing in the bathroom shower, sink and floor . The AC was not working properly and the hard surfaces was sticky to the touch .
