Dave is the absolute worse front desk representative! Room 320 was the room that I stayed in and the toilets were filthy and the doors did not shut! I asked to check out, he checked me, and because I booked through Expedia he stated I had to contact them directly to receive my refund ! As soon as I contacted Expedia he lied to the representative and refused to confirm the refund !! Please I beg do not stay here at this hotel!
A basic hotel. The lobby and outside look fine but as you enter the room part you can tell it is a little dated. The doors need some WD40 put on them. They are loud when going in and out. The mattresses need to be replaced. They have literal sink spots. Especially the side by the night stand. You could slide off the bed it sinks so low. Overall, not bad for a budget hotel. Definitely can use some improvements in the rooms.
Good location. Terrible hotel conditions. First room has mold/mildew all over the toilet where the tank was taped together. There was no hot water. Moved to another room. It was even worse. Sat on the mattress and could feel the frame underneath, a hole in the wall, wall cracked, melted plastic on the heating unit, large red stain on the carpet, bathroom dirty, no cover on shower drain and a disintegrating bathtub. Worst hotel stay ever!! I can deal with stained towels, uncomfortable mattress, and dirty environment… But if you don’t have hot water, and give no explanation or resolution.. you should just shut the doors and close forever. Basic hotel requirements are Bed Toilet HOT WATER
