Donna at the front desk was knowledgeable and very helpful Jnelz
The room I originally checked in to was messy. The second room the tub wouldn't drain. The staff could barely do administrative functions. Most the staff were cool. But the job may not be for them
Actually had a wonderful stay here....i was in town just before Valentines day for work....its a great location lots of resturants and stores with in about two miles.... One of the managers names was Shanta (?) She was a great credit to this best western...there was a small bit of confusion when we checked in....due to being booked up for valentines day...but it wasnt that big of a deal..it was entirely solved in less than 2 minutes...anyway Shanita was kind - warm- and welcoming...the young lady at gge front desk was wonder... read more
