I would not recommend this location unless you want to pay cheap, I had to switch rooms since the main door was busted and wouldn't stay closed and then the TV did not work in second room but it was too late to change. The hotels main elevator did not work and it looks like it's been down for a while since the signs taped on them were warping. Room was super clean! Check-in was quick and easy...
Not a great experience. We get there and the front desk associate wasn’t there for 10 minutes, then he couldn’t find our reservation for another 10 minutes because it was booked via 3rd party - they have my last name they should’ve been able to find it under that. The room smelled musty, there were candy wrappers on the ground and nails on the floor. The pool was closed and filled with algae. Breakfast was pretty good.
The Best Western in this Atlanta location is advertised with clean rooms and nice area around when I pulled up to this location is was not happy the first room that was given to me was 416 which had a mildew smell the toilet would not flush so I called the first desk and the room was changed to 414 going into that room same smell with a little of bleach smell the second bed had a Hugh dent in the mattress all the pillows was worn out also the first bed had blood like stains on the sheets and the front desk was informed on Fr... read more
