We had a unit there for about 3 years or so. Never had any issues. We only needed access to the unit every other month so there was no issues getting in. They kept us up to date on issues or events ahead of time. Highly recommend.

We have had a great experience with best west! The office staff has been courteous and super helpful during our difficult move/transition. The communication is great, I get rent reminders, and there are convenient ways to pay! Great option if you are needing storage!
This place is awesome, I got a unit on a Sunday afternoon and while most places are closed I received excellent support from Mary. Helped me set everything up and answered any questions I had. This place has excellent support and would highly recommend them for anyone needing to store anything.
I strongly recommend this place. The managers are quick to communicate with you and are never condescending as I have experienced at other storage facilities. The compound is clean and feels safe even when it’s dark outside. Their prices are very competitive and I was able to get an automatic payment plan since I travel so much. A++
