This Spring as we were planning on moving to the Springfield area we decided to bring our camper down ahead of time so we wouldn’t have to deal with it during the moving process. Then the record breaking hail storm hit. Best West reached out and let us know that our camper received some damage and then went above and beyond to climb on top and send us photos AND even taped over the holes so rain wouldn’t get in…really appreciate it Mary!
I stored my vehicle here while I was out of state for 2 months. The office staff were very helpful and quick to respond if I left a message. The shuttle driver went above and beyond to help me when my battery was dead and wouldn't take a jump. He made sure my granddaughter and I ended up in a safe hotel after the first place we reserved was filthy and unsafe. He came back the next day, took us to get a new battery and installed it. Mary and Richard the managers of the Best West Storage and they take care of you above and beyond. Reasonable prices for the units and easy and honest people to work with. They provide transportation to and from airport and can always guarantee a safe and on time ride. The storage units are clean and well taken can of. Only place I will rent in Springfield!
Great location close to airport. We stored our vehicle here while transitioning to Lake of the Ozarks from Colorado. The management team is super easy to reach and the airport shuttle was incredibly convenient. I would highly recommend this facility, especially if you travel to this area often by plane and need a safe convenient place to store your vehicle.
