My wife and i have trusted Best Wellesley Carpet Cleaning for years for carpet cleaning and related home floor care. We have moved several times, and after one move we tried a local carpet cleaner for convenience. The results were disappointing at first, with carpets left too wet, slow drying, and an unpleasant odor. We then called back and had sebastian come out, and the problem was handled the right way with proper extraction, fast drying, and a fresh clean smell by the next day. At one point, i honestly thought the carpet... read more

Do not use this company! We called to get a quote on cleaning a couch and were quoted $175. We scheduled for the next day and were given a window of 10am-1pm. Best Wellesley Carpet Cleaning was amazing. Marvin cleaned carpets that were in rough shape when we moved in, with old pet stains, heavy soil, and lots of built-up hair from dogs and cats. Jared is here right now cleaning our carpets and large sectional, and he is doing such an amazing job that I wanted to leave this review before he even finishes. He is the most careful and thorough carpet cleaning technician I have ever had. I would gladly request him every time for carpet and upholstery cleaning. He spent extra time working on our oversized sectional and treated every area with real attention to detail. We have several pets, so keeping the carpet and furniture clean is not easy, and it meant a lot to have s... read more

I’ve now used their carpet cleaning and related services more than once, and each time the experience has been excellent. From the first call with the office team to the technicians at my home, everyone was polite, helpful, and professional. I also had my dryer vent cleaned, and the service was handled with great care and attention. Most recently, Jared cleaned my carpets, and he did a terrific job. He was friendly, detailed, and very thorough, and it was clear he takes real pride in his work. After many carpet cleanings ove... read more
