I bought a pack of 32 shots and I understand they were closed due to covid. Now it seems they are back open and won’t return my calls or messages. They won’t answer their phone either. Just a simple call back or email would be nice. I’ve been calling for over a month. I’m willing to review my review if they can show some initiative towards making this right.
Honestly if I could give it ZERO stars, I would. Very unprofessional. My first appointment was cancelled last minute. My second appointment was rescheduled without notifying me. And now my third appointment I got an email confirming my appointment yesterday but I drive here only to find out the location has closed. They said they called me today to notify me about my appointment but if the location closed a few days ago why on the day of the appointment was I being notified about this?!?? Purchased a package of shots and they closed down their two nearest locations within a few weeks of each other. Now they refuse to answer or return phone calls about refunding me for the 21 shots that I prepaid and can not get appointments for.
