I have 2 spaces rented and have found the owners to be very nice people to work with. Jeff went out of his way to get me in a unit when I was on a time crunch and unorganized. It's nice to have people on-site instead getting an answering machine.
Best Way Storage has a great facility- well maintained and clean units. The owners provide good security by being on site. They go above and beyond helping those in need. An absolute pain to work with. There are a million storage places in the area; avoid this one if you can.
