The company did the front step pavers on our home. After a few years the front steps completely distorted and became uneven. For 7 months now I have been attempting to get them to come over and fix it . Every time they tell me they are either really busy or say they'll make it over in the next few weeks and it never happens. Super frustrating as now I can't even get a hold of them :(
We had Best Way come out to repair brick pavers, and the experience after the fact was frustrating. About seven months after the repair job a good deal of the pavers became loose, including some in high-traffic areas such as the front door.
