If I could give this place a 0 star rating, I would. I don't sew but I needed 2 pairs of palazzo pants hemmed up about an inch. I dropped off my items and was told about 2 weeks and on my ticket it says "will call". 23 days later....I call and ask if they are done, the girl says "yes", I asked when they got there and she didn't know. I will absolutely never go back here again or refer anyone I know to this cleaner. I took in a comforter to be repaired and cleaned the last week of February they told me it would take to weeks. I went back 3 weeks later because I had forget and no one ever called me, I was told that it was not finished and would be delivered in another 2 weeks and they would call and made sure that they had the correct number to call.
