My experience so far with this shop has been great. Jas listens whenever you properly explain to him what's wrong with your car, and if its possible, tries to drive the car with you to double check if your own self diagnosis with the vehicle is accurate. Had to replace a major part of my vehicle due to very low power steering fluid, which was making plenty of noise whenever I turned my car left or right. Terrible service. My furnace stopped working, so I contacted them. They charged me $100 for a diagnosis but didn’t actually fix anything. They just said the part needed wasn’t available. It’s unclear what I even paid for. I went to a different shop, and they fixed everything the same day. I do not recommend going here.
I've been a customer to this shop for a while now. I heard about them from a co-worker and man, I have absolutely no regrets. Ever since the first time the service was great, they explained the issue with a lot of detail and actually shown the pieces that were replaced and pointed out the exact problem that my car had.
